Dessa a escada clique com o botão direito sobre o baú indica pela seta azul com o botão direito do mouse, desa mais e entre no bueiro indicado pela seta, para isso clique com o botão direito do mouse sobre ele.
Já dentro do bueiro clique com o botão direito do mouse sobre os "Cockroach", aguarde elas morrerem e clique novamente sobre o corpo dela já morta e araste o item que aparecer logo abaixo para sua bag.
Junte 3 destes itens e volte para o Santiago e diga "Hi".

Encontre uma arvore seca que se localiza logo abaixo do NPC Zirella e corte um galho, para isso basta clicar com o botão direito do mouse sobre a arvore seca.
Ira cair ao seu lado o galho então com o botão esquerdo do mouse clique sobre o galho e araste até a caroça que se encontra do lado de Zirrela, clique com o botão direito sobre o galho e depois com o esquerdo sobre a caroça.
Após ter feito isso diga para Zirrela "Hi"

Entre na casa do NPC Zirrela, para isso clique com o botão direito do mouse sobre a porta entre e pegue uma a Pá (shovel) que se encontra dentro do baú. Após ter feito isso siga ao leste e abra o buraco de pedras indicado pela seta azul, para isso clique com o botão direito do mouse sobre a PÁ e clique com o esquerdo sobre o buraco.
Após ter entrada no buraco clique no baú indicado pela seta azul, pegue a Corda (rope) e clique com o botão direito do mouse sobre a corda e novamente o esquerdo sobre a sombra no chão como mostra a imagem abaixo.
Siga a diante para o leste e encontre o NPC Carlos e diga "Hi"
